One year after the events of Resident Evil 4, Claire Redfield is now a member of a non-governmental organization which handles search and rescue of chemical and bioterrorist attacks known as Terra Save. While at an airport with a sudden outbreak of infected people, Claire runs into Leon S. Kennedy again and along with new faces, Angela Miller and Greg Glenn from Special Response Team. Claire, Leon, and the gang all must take down the infected T-virus zombies in the airport and figure out the start of the outbreak before it spreads into an epedemic.
